Setting Up a Program is Simple & Seamless

READY-TO-RUN PROGRAM
I fully own and run the program, with all sessions and reflection frameworks already designed, so nothing needs to be created by the barn and we can launch quickly and grow at the pace that works for you.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
All scheduling, intake, consent, communication, and safety expectations are handled for you. The barn doesn’t take on administrative work, ensuring your existing operations continue without interruption.
SAFETY-FIRST APPROACH
Sessions follow established HERD-aligned, trauma-informed practices with clear boundaries, emotional safety, and established protocols, supported by all required safety and insurance documentation.
NO STAFFING REQUIRED
I facilitate every session independently, so your team doesn’t need certification, new responsibilities, or added time. Staff participation is optional, making the program a zero-overhead addition.
CO-CREATE REVENUE MODEL
Flexible options, including rental fee, revenue share, or hybrid for example, .allow the barn to choose what aligns with its business needs. There is no upfront investment, and the program can start small.
MARKETING & OUTREACH
I provide ready-to-use promotional language and can handle most of the marketing and outreach, with the barn welcome to contribute if interested but never required—making it easy to attract new clients.

My Prior Experience
Before EFL I worked as a Senior Director, Speaker, Educator, Facilitator, and Community Builder in Human-Centered Design & Research. Much of my expertise focused on setting up new offerings.
Researched for, designed for, and launched human-centered services for 20 years within a variety of industries
Facilitated collaboration across individuals from a variety of backgrounds and specialties (groups that had never worked together before) in order to align on business decisions
Designed and iterated upon educational curriculums for programs of 30-100 multi-faceted learners at a time
Defined success metrics and feedback processes for 15+ organizations across private, public, and voluntary sectors
Co-founded an award-winning organization, led their event production for 100+ people for 5 years, and have now successfully handed the organization down to new leaders
Spoke at and facilitated tens of events, workshops, and courses in person and remotely on a global scale
Have a strong support network in the HERD Institute alumni community to advise on the unique needs of your space
